Hi, I’m Vishnuraj Dhuri, a passionate sports nutritionist in the making, dedicated to helping individuals fuel their bodies with science-backed nutrition strategies. Currently, I am pursuing an MSc in Sports Nutrition and Management at JSS Institute of Higher Education and Research, Mysore, after completing my BSc (Hons.) in Food Nutrition and Dietetics from Goa College of Home Science. With a deep understanding of nutritional science, meal planning, and performance optimization, my goal is to bridge the gap between scientific research and practical nutrition for everyday health and athletic performance.
